whole30 challenge

Today is my first day of doing this whole30 challenge program (see here for the program).
In general, we just can not eat dairy, grains, rice, legumes and all kind of sugar including honey.
so today, I was starting with Manggo, avocado and pistachio for breakfast. A small apple for snack in between breakfast and lunch and will have egg, deli meat, tomato bake with avocado and extra virgin olive oil for lunch.
until now, 11.42 am Jakarta time, feel a lil bit hungry but not starving, still have a clear vision haha.

I still have not idea yet what I want for dinner tonight. we'll see and will keep you posted about  the progress.
